The way to the heart is through the stomach and there is nothing more enticing than a gastronomic journey across the planet to seek out all the delectable, bizzare and even the unappetizing culinary wonders of the world.

If you have an undying passion for all things food, then you have come to the right place. I am slowly (but surely) travelling the world (and down the road) to experience what other cultures have to offer – anything from fusion to ethnic – halal to non kosher – eight legs or none – anything goes. Experimentation is the key and it’s all about being adventurous.

This blog is dedicated to my gastronomic hedonism from travelling overseas, eating out at local restaurants, buying random foods from the shops and mucking around at home in my own kitchen.

There is a saying in Osaka called Kuidaore – Literally meaning, “To eat oneself bankrupt”. Well, I must say that is money well spent.
